Desdorp introduces the Self-Service Checkout (SCO), a user-friendly and visually light retail solution that enhances the shopping experience. The SCO features elegant and clear lines, innovative LED lighting, and improved ergonomics, resulting in a 20% increase in checkout speed and customer satisfaction.

The SCO is crafted from stainless steel sheets using metal bend and welding technologies, with integrated LED lighting and adjustable steel arms to hold the screen, printer, and card readers. The product's modular system allows for flexible placement, while the additional shelf provides convenience for shoppers during the checkout process.

Since its inception in 2015, the SCO has undergone rigorous development, from industrial design sketches to the first industrially produced series in 2018. The product has been successfully implemented in various markets, with new locations opening in 2020, including a showcase at the Lithuanian design week.

About Desdorp: Desdorp is an industrial product design studio based in Vilnius, Lithuania, known for creating aesthetic and innovative objects through collaboration with companies.
