Jun Jun Zhu's Hua Qi project, located in Guangzhou's Huadu district, spans 53,000 square meters, offering a vibrant mix of office, retail, and dining spaces. The design concept draws inspiration from ancient architectural marvels, infusing modern geometry to create a sculptural and dynamic form. The project seamlessly blends traditional Oriental elements with contemporary aesthetics, using warm wood grain and expansive glass curtain walls to achieve a harmonious balance.

The building's facade, inspired by diamond grinding, features a reflective glass curtain wall that exudes a sense of mystery and composure. The outdoor environment incorporates water-themed elements, enhancing the entrance's visual appeal with boats and water ripples. The interplay of indoor and outdoor spaces creates a serene and peaceful ambiance, inviting visitors to experience a unique sense of tranquility.
