Penny Chan's InnoSquare Business Centre

Penny Chan's InnoSquare is a sustainable and aesthetically unique business centre in Hong Kong, designed with the theme of a tree trunk, offering a youthful and human-centric coworking base for modern executives. The facility provides a multi-tenant office and various multifunctional areas for cross-cultural exchanges, collaboration, presentations, conferences, exhibitions, as well as MICE events.

The business centre is aesthetically designed with the conceptual pivot of the tree trunk, aiming to create a self-sustained ecosystem of professional talents in the long term. It features wood skin wall panels with stainless steel and minimal use of stone, projecting a luxe and sustainable finishing with an evergreen appearance.

The facility is thoughtfully designed and divided into 5 major areas: the breakout area, coworking space, multifunction rooms, premier offices, and studio to cater to the working style and needs of modern young executives. The project started in January 2021 and finished in April 2021 in Hong Kong.

To overcome creative and technical challenges, the design team placed significant effort into sourcing eco-friendly materials, including a carpet with 0 carbon footprint and wallpaper made of recycled material waste. The facility also features living organic mosses from Finland for noise cancellation and chemicals absorption within the space.

RainySky, Penny Chan's interior design company, established in 2011, provided holistic solutions for this project, focusing on customized interior design and project management services with the highest professional and stylistic standards.
