Bistro Design "Slight Tipsy of Traveling" by Shih Hsien Yuan

Shih Hsien Yuan's "Slight Tipsy of Traveling" Bistro design is a captivating blend of contemporary and historical elements, inspired by the architecture and ambiance of European cities. The 423 square meter project, completed in 2019 in Tainan City, Taiwan, showcases an ingenious fusion of lines, arcs, and diverse materials to create a unique and immersive dining experience.

The design features metal arches framing the entrance bar, creating a stylish and elegant environment with the use of metal elements and vibrant colors. The booth seating area, finished with cement, forms a cave-like atmosphere, while the incorporation of artistic elements through materials and colors adds to the visual appeal. The seating arrangement provides a varied experience, with high and low changes in visual perception, offering a new dining experience for customers.

Shih Hsien Yuan's Bistro design "Slight Tipsy of Traveling" was awarded the Silver A' Design Award for its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence. The design successfully captures the essence of a European journey, creating a feast for the eyes and a rich visual perception for visitors.
