KGI Bank partners with frog Singapore to launch a revolutionary website redesign, offering a seamless and emotionally engaging banking experience for users worldwide.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
KGI Bank has collaborated with frog Singapore to unveil a groundbreaking redesign of its website, aiming to unify the corporate and retail experience into a nimble, simple, and smart platform. The redesigned website offers a responsive mobile and desktop UI/UX design, engaging users and enhancing the discoverability of information.
The website redesign project was a collaborative effort by team members from Singapore, Shanghai, and Taiwan, spanning 9 weeks from 5th July 2021 to 10th September 2021. The team aimed to create a digital companion for customers, strategically interspersing CTAs and easy access to commonly used tools to encourage their next step.
By reimagining what a banking site should feel like for the customer, the team at frog Singapore focused on emotionally engaging customers through surprising micro animations that reinvent common interactions. The redesigned website takes customers on a journey to help them easily discover what they are looking for, providing a relaxed and layered approach to exploring the different facets of the bank.
The website redesign presented unique challenges, especially in showcasing information about four different subsidiaries in one. The team focused on enhancing navigation to the different subsidiary sections with subtle guidance for easy discovery, striking a balance between providing enough context for customers while ensuring ease of use.
