Loe Interior Design introduces the "Golden Spikes" reception center show house, a landmark project on the 35th floor in Banqiao, Taiwan, finished in July 2021, designed to resemble a theater stage, highlighting the project as the main character.

Loe Interior Design unveils the "Golden Spikes" reception center show house, a groundbreaking project located on the 35th floor in Banqiao, Taiwan. The design concept revolves around transforming the reception center into a theatrical stage, with the project as the central character, offering visitors a unique and immersive experience.
The project features a beveled facade door to control exposure, utilizing various materials to create subtle gradations of light and shade throughout the day, eliminating the feeling of declining ceilings with a layered grille design. The main stage focuses on the housing model, with an oval dark stainless-steel panel ceiling and chandeliers resembling stars, conveying the high-rise characteristics of the project.
The reception center spans 727 square meters and includes a project introduction area, reception area, sales area, VIP reading room, and more. Additionally, the show houses on the ground and second floors offer different layouts and bedroom configurations, catering to various lifestyle needs.
