Emad Amin Salameh's Qabalan Bakery project, located in Amman, Jordan, offers a stylish and quality experience for bakery customers, featuring high-quality materials and efficient design.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Emad Amin Salameh's Qabalan Bakery project in Amman, Jordan, sets a new standard for bakery experiences, focusing on style, precision, and quality while maintaining functionality. The 440 sqm bakery is divided into different zones, offering a wide range of products, from Arabic sweets to foreign bread and pastries. The design incorporates a cooling and heating system with fresh air, central cooling for refrigerators, and high-quality crystal glass displays with 4000 kelvin lighting.
The design team, led by Emad Salameh and architect Liana Alhabash, overcame various challenges, including the need for easily dismantled and reassembled display units and strategic layout planning to separate staff circulation from customer traffic. The project, which began in June 2019 and concluded in August 2020, was briefly interrupted by the Covid-19 curfew.
Recognized for its excellence, the Qabalan Bakery project received the Silver A' Design Award in 2021, highlighting its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable design. Emad Amin Salameh, the founder of SADDA design and build, brings a wealth of experience and creativity to the architectural and interior design services, ensuring a smooth and consistent design and build process from concept to implementation.
