FANG CHENG unveils a modern, high-functionality residence in Taiwan, merging aesthetics and practicality

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Ideal Modern House by FANG CHENG

FANG CHENG introduces the Ideal Modern House, a residential project that redefines living spaces through innovative design, completed in August 2021 in Taiwan. The 28-ping residence boasts four bedrooms, living rooms, a study, and two bathrooms, offering a warm and heart-warming living experience. The design emphasizes maximizing space efficiency and powerful storage capabilities, catering to the client's passion for playing the piano and the need for comprehensive storage solutions.

The unique features of the Ideal Modern House include the application of grey mirrors to visually expand the living and dining areas, irregularly cut materials to add vividness, and the use of linear extensions and color selections to eliminate feelings of pressure in the master bedroom. Matte-paint door planks and Italian artistic paints are employed to layer the rooms and create a unique spatial feeling, while LED aluminum extrusion lamps in the kids' bedroom emit a modern high-tech style.

The project, winner of the Bronze A' Design Award in 2022, showcases FANG CHENG's commitment to creating connections between residences and users, emphasizing human-centered design and a sense of aesthetics. The design team, including DA-GEN LIN and YI-RU WU, overcame technical and creative challenges to deliver a modern living space that seamlessly integrates functionality and artistry, catering to the client's specific requirements.
