Yu Studio introduces Wuhan UI, a sales center project inspired by the water culture of Wuhan, integrating sound art into space expression.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Yu Studio unveils Wuhan UI, a sales center project inspired by the unique water culture of Wuhan, China. The project, initiated in October 2019 and completed in November 2020, is a testament to the fusion of art, space, and sound, creating a captivating environment for visitors.
The design draws inspiration from the relationship between space and sound, aiming to fill the entire area with a pleasant sound that resonates with the surrounding water culture. The project features an art installation that combines stable buildings with unstable mirror images, creating a dreamlike ambiance.
Utilizing artistic lacquer, decorative brick, color film, artificial stone with wood grains, and pan DOMO floor, the project integrates sound into the context of contemporary art, allowing visitors to walk through a sound field, interacting with art installations and experiencing the emotions of the entire space.
Wuhan UI features a team of talented designers, including Interior Designers Zhen Lyu and Jin Feng, as well as Soft Decoration Designers Yue Wang and Yuanyuan Peng, who have contributed to the realization of this unique sales center.
The project was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2022, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence in interior space, retail, and exhibition design.
