Distinctive Residential House Design

Inspired by ocean motifs, Anchor & Sail is a residential house design that stands out for its incorporation of symbolic vocabulary from an ocean cruise ship, offering diversity, variety, and fun to daily living. The design is meticulously crafted by stealing space from the common area to enlarge closets and using curves to create a gentle feel in the living-dining room.

The bedrooms are designed to provide a highly comfortable lounging environment, with the master bedroom featuring an open plan to enhance the ocean theme and usher in natural light. Soft curves on the walls and ceiling evoke the rhythm of flowing ocean waves, while the secondary bedrooms exude a relaxing vibe with neat and simple lines and colors.

The open space connecting the living room and dining room offers four different functions, including a home cinema, dining section, fireplace area, and wine-tasting section, providing adaptability for various activities and gatherings.

Anchor & Sail is the recipient of the Bronze A' Design Award in 2022, recognized for its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that incorporates best practices in art, science, design, and technology, contributing to quality of life improvements.
