Located in the core area of Laoshan District, Qingdao, the Qingdao Guoxin Convention and Exhibition Center Hotel is a stunning project invested by Qingdao Guoxin Group. Designed by Xiao Liang and Guobin Wang, this hotel is set to cater to government groups, conferences, exhibitors, and tourists. The exterior of the building draws inspiration from ripples, boasting an elegant and agile curve that sets it apart from traditional designs.

The hotel's interior is characterized by a unified and concise keynote, perfectly blending natural and artificial light to create a green, energy-saving, and human-oriented space environment. The designers have paid special attention to the acoustic environment, ensuring a harmonious and comfortable atmosphere for guests.

Spanning an impressive 280,000 square meters, the project features beige stone, art wallpaper, art glass, art carpet, blue aluminum plate, and fabric as its main materials, creating a unique and sophisticated ambiance.

With a completion timeframe from April 2018 to January 2021, this project is a testament to the designers' dedication to infusing modern lifestyle elements into the hotel, creating a fashionable business exhibition smart hotel with a unique experience.

Incorporating the concept of a city living room, the hotel seamlessly integrates modern architectural elements with the characteristics of the adjacent oceans of Qingdao. From the lobby to the guest rooms, the design exudes a modern and stylish ambiance, offering guests a truly exceptional experience.

About Xiao Liang and Guobin Wang: Xiao Liang and Guobin Wang are Senior Engineers and Senior Interior Architects, serving as the Executive Deans of the Design and Research Institute of Gold Mantis. With over a decade of experience in interior design, they have led numerous large-scale and high-complexity projects, earning accolades and recognition for their professional ability and rigorous attitude.
