Renowned designer James Yen introduces "Ease in the Woods," a model house designed for those embarking on their retirement journey. Situated on the 36th floor, this residential space offers a tranquil retreat with a functional kitchen, a relaxing mahjong area, and semi-screens instead of partitions, providing flexibility and breathtaking city views.

The interior features classic Italian Minotti style, efficient lighting, and a seamless blend of natural materials, including stones, Chang Hong glasses, and steel-brushed veneers, creating a warm and refreshing spatial feeling. The 125-ping certified space boasts three bedrooms, a light meal area, a reading area, and a small-scale banquet room, all designed to meet the requirements of living and exceed users' expectations.

Yen's design embodies a modern Italian style, integrating unique features such as gratings, semi-screens, and situational lighting through a massive number of French windows, delivering a relaxing spatial feeling and a connection to the surrounding environment. The project, winner of the Bronze A' Design Award, showcases the designer's commitment to creating living environments that prioritize quality time and everyday enjoyment.
