Timeless: Kan Kuo-Tung's Award-Winning Residence Design

Kan Kuo-Tung's Timeless project is a modern residence design that focuses on integrating natural daylight into the living space, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. With floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies on three sides, the design maximizes the use of natural light and offers a great view from the top floor. The color scheme, featuring light white tones and suspension volumes, enhances the fresh and modern style of the residence.

The unique properties of the design lie in its emphasis on natural lighting and the preservation of comfortable daylight. The public areas are adorned with Kashmir white and warm, low-saturated colors, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The project also utilizes a meticulous color scheme, artistic coating, laminate flooring, wooden louvers, and bamboo charcoal paint to shape the space.

Spanning 165.2 square meters, the Timeless project comprises 4 rooms, a living room, and a dining room. The layout is designed to maximize natural lighting, with the public area at the center and the private area on the sides. The use of ironwork and glass partitions in the foyer creates layers of light and shadow, adding depth to the space.
