SBOF Mortgage introduces an innovative electronic registration system for mortgages, designed to streamline the process for bank employees and customers, revolutionizing real estate registration. The system, developed by Liubov Maximenkova and her team, aims to address the challenges identified during stakeholder interviews and focus groups, providing a seamless and efficient solution for mortgage registration.
The system's unique features include automatic task assignment, individual electronic signatures, and a notification system to track application updates. With over 1,000 users in 2022, the system has demonstrated its effectiveness in optimizing the mortgage registration process.
The project, initiated in December 2019 in Moscow, has evolved to encompass both individual and legal entity real estate registration. It is currently in the implementation and optimization stage, with a focus on integrating with related systems for data exchange amidst evolving banking sector legislation.
