Mountain and Sea Residential Apartment Design

Te-Yu Liu and Hui-Ching Chang's "Mountain and Sea" design project is a testament to modernity and sustainability. The comprehensive modern electrical arrangement integrates the space with accuracy, creating an eco-friendly green life. The design reduces energy consumption and embraces the core value of sustainability, considering both climate and environment.

This unique project presents the entire space with grey-toned cultural colors, adding a soft texture while demonstrating harmony and warmth. Vintage stones, pale grey oak mellow wood patterns, and matte titanium-plated stainless-steel elements create a graduated sense of beauty, while grey rustic mirrors stack to form an extended visual effect.

Blending with the large E15 original wood dining table, the design introduces color variations, injecting mellow and elegant temperament to the public space. The Vork Turkish blue cupboard and the greyish-black cabinet add depth and character to the overall design.

Notably, the Vork boards used for the cupboard are from Portugal, originating from recycled Maritime pine wood fibers combined with organic dyes, adhesives, and wax, offering a variety of colors. The design showcases a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to sustainable materials.

In the kitchen, the use of greyish blue subway tiles and pale grey fancy glazed tiles, along with the hairline stainless steel cabinet, creates a transparent and bright boutique-quality space. The master bedroom, presented in extremely simple grey tones, highlights the craftsman’s unique handmade temperature, adding delicateness and coarseness to the overall design.
