Ioannis Malikoutsakis presents Terra Oliva, a custom-designed olive oil clay bottle inspired by Cycladic art and the Cretan soil. The minimalistic design reflects the brand's ethos of TERRA - earth and OLIVA - olive, creating memorable shapes with simple modern lines. The bottle's shape optimizes storage space, allowing more bottles to fit in less space. The design features a special notch for easy, mess-free olive oil pouring. The project, which began in April 2014 and was completed in Chania, Crete, Greece, took about 3 weeks. The design was awarded Bronze in A' Packaging Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that contributes to quality of life improvements.

This custom-designed olive oil clay bottle aims to be elegant and re-usable, embodying the essence of the blessed Cretan soil. The packaging can be adorned with the brand's logo and side icons, accompanied by a small etiquette, making it a decorative ornament, or feature full details as shown in the photos. The design overcame challenges such as the high cost of custom production and finding a Greek manufacturer. The intellectual property rights for the design belong to Ioannis Malikoutsakis, with visual content credited to the creator. Ioannis Malikoutsakis, a Greek designer from Chania, incorporates various facets of 3D design, fine art, brand identity, and graphic design into his works, characterized by a strong artistic approach and outstanding aesthetic quality.
