Innovative Sales Office Design by Kan Tan

Kan Tan unveils the Zhengrong Mansion, a sales office design inspired by the inclusive city of Fuzhou and the legendary history of the maritime silk road. The flowing River Min is intricately integrated into the main area, resembling silk satin, adding a unique touch to the architecture, landscape, and interior space. The project covers a total of 1200 square meters and was completed in May 2020 in Rimini, Italy.

The vitality of the space lies in its sustainable development, offering a vision for the future that transcends traditional boundaries. The design team, including Kan Tan, Xiaosan Li, Tingting Zhang, and Yixuan Hao, skillfully integrated nihility into physical objects, creating a harmonious balance between life and space. The project was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding innovation and creativity.

Kan Tan, the founder and design director of Shenzhen Taigu Design, is a senior interior architect of CBDA and a council member of GDAA-GDDA. His design philosophy revolves around the idea that design should be definite and bounded in invisible forms, and the simpler it appears, the more vigorous it is.
