Rising Clouds: A Unique Residential Design

Creative Group presents "Rising Clouds," a residential design project that embodies comfort, affection, and a connection to nature. The 413.225m2 space, designed by GUAN-YING LEE and WEI-HUA HUNG, integrates the natural scenery into all areas of the home, creating a comfortable and well-suited living environment for the family. The design features a large public space, a terrace with breathtaking views, and unique elements such as special Malay lacquer-treated walls and solid wood accents.

The living room area is adorned with earthy tones and metal construction materials, creating a space that exudes richness and visual hierarchy. The sculptural wall behind the work table serves as both a bookcase and a wine display, incorporating natural elements of stone, iron, wood, and light. The restaurant area reflects the natural atmosphere of mountains and rivers, with cabinets interspersed with deep and light veneer, and a chandelier shaped like flying petals.

The design team overcame the challenge of creating a hotel-style residential space for the entire family, focusing on integrating the natural surroundings into the home. "Rising Clouds" was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that contributes to quality of life improvements.
