GP Design Introduces The Jinmao Yueshan

GP Design, led by Weidong Cao, has unveiled The Jinmao Yueshan, a sales center in Wuxi, China, blending local cultural elements with a new Chinese style. The property features a sales space in the front area and a working space in the back area, utilizing wood, stone, and glass as the main materials.

The 1300 square meter sales office draws inspiration from the local mountain and river landscape, Zen, tea ceremony, and calligraphic art. It integrates the surrounding natural landscape, fully showcasing the local culture, and achieved good results by incorporating bronze stainless steel components, beige leather, hand-painted wallpaper, and wire glass into the design.

The project, which started in November 2017 and completed in April 2018, was awarded Bronze in A' Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design Award in 2020. The design team overcame challenges in construction adjustment and a short design period, delivering a high-quality sales office within a limited budget.
