VISANG introduces Math Alive, a groundbreaking interactive math learning program that transforms abstract math concepts into physical objects in a virtual world. Inspired by parabolic graphs, the logo symbolizes the interaction between educators and students, guiding users to master math.
The program offers an immersive digital experience, allowing students to touch and experiment with math in material form, making learning more effective and engaging. The brand identity guidelines ensure consistency and legibility, with the logo's aspect ratio set at 1.8 to 1 and the primary typeface being Gotham font.
Math Alive's dynamic visuals and vibrant colors enrich the learning environment, providing a fun and creative space for students to explore and understand math concepts.
Designed by Creative Planner Ji-Hyun Seo and Designer KyungHye Shin, Math Alive was developed in Seoul, South Korea, from April to August 2020. The project aimed to visualize the effective technology offered by Math Alive, using a creative and experiential learning approach inspired by the art of bricolage.
The design team successfully balanced the fun and engaging setting for the target audience with the professionalism required for an educational technology brand, creating a visually appealing and effective brand identity for Math Alive.
Math Alive received the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding and trendsetting design that reflects the designer's prodigy and wisdom. This award-winning program embodies extraordinary excellence and significantly impacts the world of education with its desirable characteristics.
