Yunyue Zhenjing Sales Center: A Fusion of Art, Nature, and Culture

Ruifang Huang's design for the Yunyue Zhenjing Sales Center redefines the conventional concept of a sales office, transforming it into a captivating space that seamlessly integrates the ambiance of a bookstore with the functionality of a sales center. The 600 square meter space, located in Zhejiang, China, was completed in August 2021, and has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2022 for its exceptional innovation and creativity.

The design concept revolves around creating a comfortable environment that reflects the ultimate oriental charm, harmonious light, and artistic aesthetics. The space is characterized by an earthy tone, integrating metal materials with wood finishes to add unique textures. The gray marble floor contrasts with the brownish red ceiling, creating a distinctive yet visually unobtrusive space.

Yunyue Zhenjing Sales Center stands out with its scenario-based design technique, shaping the space into a bookstore-shaped sales area with rich oriental charms. The square spatial pattern is divided into functional areas by arcs, incorporating natural scenery through French windows and allowing sunlight to shape the light and shadow within the space. Wooden grids are used for the walls, creating a transparent space and serving as bookshelves, while irregular foot traffic allows visitors to roam freely and engage with the space.

Ruifang Huang's design team has meticulously balanced the functions of the sales office and the bookstore, creating a seamless flow with rounded arc elements that ensure smooth foot traffic and a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. The design incorporates local customs and culture, infusing humanistic features and local elements to create a unique atmosphere that resonates with the concept of an online bookstore.

Inspired by the Niaoya bookstore, the Yunyue Zhenjing Sales Center is a testament to Ruifang Huang's innovative approach to design, seamlessly blending the traditional with the contemporary to create a space that is both functional and aesthetically captivating. The design has set a new standard in the industry, earning accolades for its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence.
