Longfor Blue Engine Industrial Park Unveiled by Designer Liu Li

CHINA -- /DESIGN/newswire -- Oct 02, 2020

Renowned designer Liu Li introduces the Longfor Blue Engine Industrial Park, a groundbreaking investment promotion center, in Zhuanqiao, Shanghai, in October 2020.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Innovative Industrial Park Redefines Urban Renewal

Designer Liu Li's Longfor Blue Engine Industrial Park stands as a testament to urban renewal, blending the standard color of Longhu's logo, blue, with the logic of an "engine" along the Danshui River. This transformative project introduces enterprises with engine functions, driving urban renewal with a global vision. The design retains the atmosphere of the factory area, preserving the memory of the original city and the factory while implanting eight boxes with different textures in the warehouse, defining reasonable moving lines and functional zoning.

Utilizing water ripple board, granite, stainless steel, and other materials, the project creates a unique atmosphere, offering visitors an open and free space, distinct from traditional exhibition halls. The Longfor Blue Engine Industrial Park is a remarkable feat of design, redefining the concept of investment promotion centers.

Chief designer Liu Li's vision for the Longfor Blue Engine Industrial Park came to life in 2019 and has since garnered recognition, including the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2021. The project's opening in 2020 marked a significant milestone in the urban development landscape, showcasing Liu Li's exceptional talent and innovative approach to design.
