Brace Lounge Chair: A Fusion of Comfort and Innovation

Elena Prokhorova's Brace armchair redefines seating with its adjustable belts that fasten the soft cushion to the frame, allowing for individualized adjustments and enhancing stability. The chair's rounded shapes and elegant details set it apart, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The innovative belt-like accessory transforms the user's interaction with the chair, adding a playful and interactive element to the design.

Crafted with foam upholstery, metal tube, and fabric or leather accessories, the Brace Lounge Chair offers a simple and user-friendly experience. Its dimensions of 740mm width, 900mm depth, and 680mm height ensure a comfortable seating experience for users.

The project, which began in January 2023, was driven by extensive design research that prioritized user comfort and stability. Through surveys and interviews, the design team identified the need for a seating solution that offers a unique user experience while addressing modern users' preferences.

Elena Prokhorova's approach to product design is a fusion of "artistic science," where form and function merge seamlessly to create products that inspire and excite individuals. Her passion for design is evident in the elegant and thoughtfully crafted pieces she produces, earning her the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2023.
