Fang Hu's Unique Light Art Shines at Zhu Xiaodi Solo Exhibitions Unlimited

Fang Hu's innovative light art takes center stage at the Zhu Xiaodi Solo Exhibitions Unlimited, a groundbreaking exhibition in Beijing. Inspired by the enigmatic nature of Chinese ink painting, the exhibition showcases a control mode that allows the light to fade in and out, expressing the ever-changing reality.

The strength of Fang Hu's light art lies in its use of simple and pure light waves, accurately projecting shadows without distortion. The exhibition features 24 combined lamps that cover the entire facade with clear, boundary-defining shadows, creating an immersive experience for viewers.

Operated with precision, when fully lit, the exhibition illuminates the space with 150LUX, seamlessly integrating true and false lines of shadows without any flaws. The project, which started in October 2017 and concluded in January 2018, has been a technical and creative triumph, winning the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2021.
