Qingtao Ji's Vision Comes to Life in Puer Community Real Estate Sales Center

Chongqing Mocun Interior Design proudly presents the Puer Community Real Estate Sales Center, a stunning architectural marvel that seamlessly blends the rich tea culture of Yunnan, China, with innovative design concepts. The center, completed in October 2020, spans 2,700 square meters and stands as a testament to the fusion of nature and modern architecture.

The center's exterior, inspired by the shape of a conch, reflects the region's tea culture, while a tea-shaped installation beneath the glass roof creates captivating light and shadow effects, enhancing the visual appeal of the space. This unique wooden structure, weighing over 100 tons, was meticulously designed and installed to interact with natural light, providing an ever-changing ambiance.

Qingtao Ji, the design director, spearheaded the project, ensuring that the installation not only met aesthetic standards but also adhered to stringent safety measures. His innovative approach, drawing from traditional Chinese wooden building principles, facilitated the seamless assembly of the wooden structures, overcoming the challenges posed by the project's scale.

With its completion in October 2020, the Puer Community Real Estate Sales Center stands as a testament to the harmonious integration of architectural innovation and natural inspiration, setting a new standard for interior design in real estate sales centers.
