Fabrizio Constanza Unveils the 5972 Olton Desk, Blending Classic Wood with Modern Design for Gaming Enthusiasts

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Fabrizio Constanza's 5972 Olton Desk

Fabrizio Constanza introduces the 5972 Olton, a desk inspired by the 1937 steam engine locomotive, designed to endure hours of board gaming and video gaming adventures. This oversized, multifunctional surface is a blend of classic wood and modern red polyethylene finish, carefully crafted to balance form and function.

The 5972 Olton desk, handcrafted on solid wood, veneers, and plywood with a polyethylene finish, measures 3000mm in length, 750mm in width, and 1800mm in height. It is a versatile piece, capable of accommodating two 25-inch monitors and four board game players simultaneously, with an integrated drawer cabinet to support large gaming CPUs and peripherals.

Designed and produced in Guatemala, this desk was a result of 1.5 months of meticulous work, with an additional 3 weeks for production and a swift delivery within half a day. The process involved industrial design methodology, including project management, research, material selection, and production supervision.

Recognized for its exceptional design, the 5972 Olton desk was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in the Limited Edition and Custom Design category in 2023. This prestigious accolade celebrates its practicality, innovation, and integration of industry best practices, contributing to a better world.
