Alireza Merati's Unity ring is a stunning piece of jewelry that draws inspiration from the De Stijl movement, founded in 1917. The design uses basic visual elements such as rectangles and cylinders to create a simple abstract composition through geometry, resulting in a coherent and visually striking piece. The Unity ring is a long-finger fashion ring, crafted from 18k yellow gold, weighing 7.95 grams in total, with dimensions of 20.80 x 18.76 mm. The design process involved 3D modeling and printing, followed by casting to bring the intricate design to life.
