The project, with a gross floor area of 78,917 square meters, showcases a meticulous attention to detail, integrating local cultural context with modern materials to build a garden of memories. The design team, including Lai Shengchang, Lu Yan, Shi Chunhong, and Fu Haofei, took into account the association between the new residential buildings and the cultural context of the old neighborhood, ensuring full respect for the surrounding environment.
