Changer Construction Co., Ltd Unveils Avant-Garde Residential Architecture in Hsinchu City

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Changer Construction Co., Ltd Introduces The Changer Day and Day

Changer Construction Co., Ltd proudly presents The Changer Day and Day, a vibrant residential architecture project located in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. Inspired by the lively architectural impression of Amsterdam, this avant-garde concept challenges and shapes up the skyline of residential architecture in Taiwan. The project was completed in October 2021, offering a striking difference in the urban landscape with its unique design and vibrant color palette.

The culture of color usage on buildings in Taiwan is rather restrained, but The Changer Day and Day dares to stand out by using white as the main color, along with vibrant colors, materials, and irregular layout. The 3022 square meter project integrates Japanese traditional colors of kimono on the frames of balconies, symbolizing different life processes in a family, and incorporates blessings of life into the design concept.

Featuring recessed windows and protruded balconies for sun shading and electricity saving, self-cleaning tiles, and eco-friendly paintings, The Changer Day and Day not only enhances the city landscape but also promotes eco-friendly and sustainable living. The design also overcomes challenges in balcony arrangement to ensure every resident enjoys the same seaside view, forming a tranquil atmosphere for the residents and adding a vigorous energy to the city.
