Apartment Pipa: A Contemporary Residential Haven

Giuliano Marchiorato presents the design of Apartment Pipa, a 159-square-meter residential space in Curitiba, Brazil. The apartment features a contemporary and innovative architecture, reflecting the firm's commitment to meeting the client's wishes while respecting classical design principles. The project's unique feature lies in its formal rigidity, finishes, and the use of Corian technology for the staircase, offering flexibility and durability.

The design incorporates signed Brazilian art and design pieces, adding a sense of belonging and admiration for local arts. The use of punctual colors and wood elements creates a unique, light, and special ambiance, distinguishing the apartment in its context like a kite in a clear sky.

Apartment Pipa serves as a refuge for its residents, with large and integrated environments that exude a sense of welcome. The project overcame challenges related to the original floor plan, creating a unique staircase that became the heart of the design. The project commenced in January 2019 and was completed in April 2019, showcasing the firm's ability to transform spaces and encourage local art and design.
