Shan Ni's Polyhedral Refrigerator, a winner of the Silver A' Design Award, is a revolutionary wine ark combination refrigerator that integrates red wine storage, ice making, and refrigeration. The unique modular design allows for customizable configurations, adapting to different indoor layouts through magnetic adsorption. The refrigerator's fine metal wire drawing panel ensures a seamless blend with home environments.

The Polyhedral Refrigerator measures 1034 * 500 * 1916 mm, offering a large capacity for convenient usage. The design team, including Weizhi Cao, Anzhen Zhang, Hongrui Qi, Xudong Zhang, Shuwen Zheng, Hong Cheng, and Donglin Yang, collaborated on this innovative project, which began in January 2020 in Shenyang, Liaoning province, China.

One of the key challenges in the design process was to change users' perception of refrigerators from fixed embedded models to adaptable, modular configurations. The Polyhedral Refrigerator's ability to combine a wine cabinet and refrigerator into two adjustable modules sets it apart from traditional fixed refrigerators, offering users more flexibility and choice.
