China Chic: A Modern Chinese Style Sales Center

Shenzhen Innest Art Co., Ltd. proudly presents the Guangzhou Gemdale China Chic, a modern Chinese style sales center designed to reproduce the memory of hometown and showcase the blending beauty of classical culture and contemporary architecture. With a project size of 688sqm, this elegant new oriental aesthetic demonstration area reflects the cultural life of the original Guangzhou city.

The China Chic sales center is a dedicated space for customers to explore the newly constructed buildings and houses, providing an overall construction plan and access to sales managers for inquiries and purchases. The design team, led by Yu Chao & Guanghui Zeng, overcame creative and technical challenges to define and lead the future way of life belonging to the new city with innovative modern art.

INNEST, the interior design brand behind this project, has established a long-term and solid cooperation with several well-known listed real estate enterprises, including Vanke, Gemdale Group, Yango Group, and Jingrui Holdings. The design was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2022, recognizing its outstanding expertise and innovation in interior space, retail, and exhibition design.
