Segevart Restaurant: A Fusion of Culinary Excellence and Artistic Expression

GUY SIROTA, a renowned designer from Petah Tikva, Israel, has unveiled his latest masterpiece, Segevart, a luxurious restaurant located in Herzliya City. Inspired by prestigious modern art museums and galleries, the restaurant offers a unique dining experience where food is presented as a work of art in a private, opulent setting.

The restaurant's standout feature is the Iron Library, a massive element designed with iron shelves, hidden lighting, and a gilded back, creating a modern and artistic ambiance. The shelves display a collection of artefacts and tools curated by Chef Segev Moshe, including a stunning shoe sculpture by Tom Dixon, used as a serving tool for a special dish served to the Prime Minister of Japan.

Spanning 150 square meters, Segevart is a fusion of culinary excellence and artistic expression. Upon entering, guests are greeted by the imposing Iron Library, which also conceals the kitchen's service areas, seamlessly integrating form and function.

The project posed the challenge of creating a formal yet warm atmosphere in a compact space, ensuring the spotlight remained on the restaurant's exceptional dishes. GUY SIROTA successfully overcame this challenge, delivering a space that reflects Chef Segev Moshe's personality and culinary vision.

GUY SIROTA's design prowess has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. His unique style, blending aesthetic sensibility, spatial vision, and attention to detail, has brought Segevart to life, offering a dining experience that transcends the ordinary.
