Burton Chengdu flagship store, designed by Lisa Liu, is a groundbreaking retail space that embodies the essence of snowboarding while promoting sustainability. The store, located in In99 Shopping Mall, Chengdu, China, is a testament to the brand's commitment to environmental responsibility and innovation.

The design of the store is a fusion of nature and industry, tradition and innovation, past and future. It features a facade constructed from wasted snow gears and construction materials, symbolizing the brand's dedication to repurposing and recycling. The interior area spans 265 sqm, while the facade covers approximately 210 sqm, offering visitors a unique and immersive retail experience.

By integrating Chinese traditional mortise tenon structure with modern industrial materials, the design team has created a space that not only meets retail needs but also serves as a carrier of a snowy and sustainable future. The store aims to strengthen the shopping experience for visitors, fostering a deeper connection between the brand and its customers while promoting the values of passion and sustainability.
