"Hope" - A Symbolic Ring of Resilience and Optimism

Kosar Sivandi introduces "Hope," a symbolic ring that narrates the story of the corona virus while symbolizing hope for better days. The ring's design is a fusion of two distinct parts, representing the contrast between darkness and light, fear and optimism. Crafted with silver, gold, yellow diamond, diamonds, and black enamel, "Hope" is a unique portrayal of resilience and optimism.

The outer surface of the ring, adorned with black enamel, symbolizes the darkness and represents the virus, while the inner surface, embellished with diamond jewels and a yellow diamond, signifies the sun and hope. The hinge connecting the two parts allows the wearer to transform the darkness into the light of hope, symbolizing the transition from fear to optimism.

Measuring 2.5cm in width, 2.5cm in depth, and 4cm in height, "Hope" is a tangible representation of the designer's vision to convey a message of hope and strength in the face of adversity.

The unique properties of "Hope" lie in its dual-level design, with the outer surface resembling a box connected to the lower part, symbolizing the night and the virus, while the inner surface represents the sun and hope. The yellow diamond jewel at the center signifies protection and avoidance of evil, serving as a beacon of optimism amidst challenging times. The design also features an inner square, known as the "eyelet for hope," from which the sun of hope can be seen.

"Hope" is a testament to the designer's creativity and technical prowess, realized through the use of silver, gold, yellow diamond, diamonds, and black enamel. The meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in the seamless integration of symbolic elements, portraying a compelling narrative of resilience and optimism.

Started in September 2020 and completed in October 2021 in Sirjan, "Hope" is a product of extensive research and creative innovation. The design was inspired by the emotional impact of the pandemic, with a focus on alleviating fear and anxiety through a tangible symbol of hope.

Kosar Sivandi's "Hope" has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Jewelry, Eyewear, and Watch Design category in 2022. This accolade acknowledges the design's exceptional creativity, technical proficiency, and its contribution to enhancing the quality of life, making it a symbol of resilience and optimism in the face of adversity.
