Modern Classic Apartment Design by Pytailo Viacheslav

Pytailo Viacheslav's latest project, "100 Royal Greey," presents a stunning 133 sq.m. apartment in Kiev, Ukraine. The design is a modern classic, featuring a spacious kitchen-living room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two dressing rooms. The inspiration for the design came from the requests and motives of the customer, architectural exhibitions, and the designer's travels around the world, aiming to reflect the character of the client.

The apartment's unique features include decorative fabric panels, decorative wall moldings, and the use of veneer panels on some walls, all supporting the modern classic style. The kitchen is visually separated from the living room by a bar counter, and marble is predominantly used in the decoration. The color scheme is dominated by gray and beige, with hints of gold elements, creating a luxurious yet comfortable living space.

Realized with modern classic design principles, the apartment incorporates modern technology, ensuring a comfortable living experience with all necessary appliances and furniture. The project commenced in August 2021 and was completed in May 2021, showcasing the designer's ability to create a timeless and elegant interior for a modern family.
