The Meaninghall Tea Package Design
Suzhou SoFeng Design Co.,Ltd. presents "The Meaninghall Tea," a packaging design for Biluochun Tea, inspired by the rich natural environment and centuries-old history of Luxiang, a small town in Suzhou, China.
The special art papers used in the design mimic the mottled textures of the town's historic walls, while the graphics blend traditional Chinese icons with contemporary style, aiming to protect local culture and appeal to young customers.
The package uses artistic paper with excellent feel and hot stamping technology to express the natural flavor and characteristics of Biluochun tea.
The project commenced in April 2019 and concluded in December 2019 in Suzhou, China. Throughout the design process, the team emphasized the essence of nature as the product's core, using the simplest design language to showcase the product's attributes.
The Meaninghall Tea Package Design was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence.
