Inspired by the Maijishan Grottoes, the design incorporates arched elements to establish a harmonious and solemn atmosphere, offering a meaningful aesthetic experience.

The 1350 square meter project in Tianshui, China, reflects the natural simplicity and serenity of the region, awakening the memory and vitality of urban people. The sand table area, utilizing stone and metal as the main materials, showcases the symbolic creativity and extends the shape of the Maijishan Grottoes through contemporary design techniques.

The integration of the grottoes mural carpet and staircase design inspired by the plank road of Maijishan Grottoes creates a captivating experience, pulling visitors into a second space and evoking a sense of historical resonance.
