Discover the innovative design of the High Hopes residential villa by Mahyar Arab BourBour, a project that beautifully blends past, present, and future inspirations to create a sustainable and energy-efficient living space.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
High Hopes is a residential villa designed by Mahyar Arab BourBour, featuring a unique concept that integrates the essence of past, present, and future. The villa, located in the mountainous region of Chadegan in Isfahan, Iran, offers a breathtaking view of the lake and the city of Chadegan. The design project commenced in July 2015 and was completed in October 2017, showcasing a meticulous design process that took approximately 3 months to finalize.
The villa's design is inspired by the Zayand Rud River's main lines, symbolizing the passage of time and its impact on the environment. The composition of the mountain and the Iranian arch further accentuates the villa's symbolic representation of ambition and historical significance.
High Hopes stands out for its energy-saving features, including the strategic use of canopies, glass atrium, and natural airflow to optimize sunlight and ventilation. The villa's algorithmic architecture addresses climatic parameters, ensuring a sustainable and functional living environment.
With a gross built area of 765 square meters, the villa is divided into public and private sections, offering a well-defined layout that prioritizes both comfort and functionality. The design incorporates modern technologies such as ICF blocks and thermal break aluminum windows for enhanced thermal insulation and structural integrity.
The innovative combination of traditional and modern materials, including brick, concrete, ICF blocks, and nanomaterial coatings, contributes to a 70% reduction in energy consumption while enhancing the villa's comfort, maintenance, and earthquake resistance.
High Hopes is the recipient of the Bronze A' Design Award in the Architecture, Building, and Structure Design category in 2022, recognizing its outstanding creativity, technical prowess, and contribution to sustainable living.
