Discover the innovative packaging design inspired by Lithuanian herbalism, created by Kristina Asvice and awarded Bronze in A' Packaging Design Award 2020.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Kristina Asvice's "Post Herbum" packaging design is a tribute to Lithuania's rich herbal heritage. Crafted for whole herbal tea, the packaging's distinctive triangular shape with a sleeve sets it apart. Embracing eco-friendliness, the design features foldable boxes and sleeves, eliminating the need for glue. The eco-packaging is made from eco-friendly double-sided brown paper and Scandia Natural paper, ensuring sustainability.
With small packaging dimensions of 155 x 50 x 135 mm and big packaging dimensions of 235 x 50 x 135 mm, the design perfectly encapsulates the essence of organic and refined products. The unique shape and natural color palette, along with subtle illustrations, convey the purity and fragility of the herbs, creating a visually captivating experience for consumers.
Embarking on the journey in February 2019 at Vilnius College of Technologies and Design, the project culminated in June 2019, showcasing the meticulous research and creativity poured into redefining herbal packaging. Asvice's design not only stands out on the shelf but also resonates with the principles of organic packaging, setting a new standard in the industry.
