Shine: Revolutionizing Painting Tools with Stylish Functionality

Nicola Zanetti, an accomplished designer from Corte Franca, Italy, introduces Shine, a revolutionary painting spray gun that combines style and functionality. Inspired by sports cars, Shine is meticulously designed to meet the needs of modern tooling technology while prioritizing ergonomics for ease of use.

What sets Shine apart is its atomization technology, ensuring a precise spray without drops, and die-cast metal construction with a Teflon non-stick surface coating, keeping the gun clean from painting drops. The vibrant color selection adds a fashionable touch to this professional tool, making it an icon in the design category.

Shine utilizes H.V.L.P atomization technology, making it suitable for topcoat and varnishes. With a normal nozzle size of 1.3/1.4mm, an optimal working pressure of 2.0bar/29psi, and a maximum working pressure of 3.0bar/43psi, Shine delivers exceptional performance. Its pattern width of about 33cm and optimal spray distance of 17cm, coupled with a cup capacity of 600ml, make it a versatile and efficient tool for professionals.

Developed over four months in Shanghai with remote support from an Argentine designer, Shine made its debut at the Canton Fair in Guangzhou, showcasing the fusion of Italian design and international collaboration. This exceptional design was honored with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Hardware, Power, and Hand Tools category, recognizing its outstanding creativity and contribution to quality of life improvements.
