Located on the 24th floor of the Hisense International Center in Laoshan District, Qingdao, the office display model room designed by David Ma offers a panoramic view of the mountains and seas, creating a relaxed and comfortable workspace inspired by the blue of the sea and other soothing colors. This high-end business complex provides modern office space for international headquarters enterprises, with a focus on autonomy and flexibility in the workplace.

The 1500 SQM office space is characterized by its use of aluminum, reflecting the diversity and richness of materials through different shapes, surface textures, and colors, resulting in a high-quality and modern environment. The design aims to redefine the relationship between people, workplaces, space, and time, promoting flexible communication and collaboration among office workers.

David Ma's DMDESIGN company, founded in 2011, is a young and competitive interior design studio based in Shenzhen, China. The studio's approach to real estate projects emphasizes the cultural connotations and continuation of context in different regions, resulting in high-quality and uniquely artistic designs.
