The Easynav Infinity challenges industry assumptions by achieving a unique form factor using only sheet metal, bending, welding, and finishing processes, eschewing traditional methods like thermoforming and die casting. The product, made of stainless steel, features a taper shape and curves along the body and handle, achieved through innovative modifications to bending tools and development techniques.

With dimensions of 457.2mm x 245.5mm x 927.2mm and a material thickness of 2mm, the Easynav Infinity is a futuristic, user-friendly, and elegant medical device that facilitates preoperative planning, three-dimensional model generation, and real-time data navigation for surgeons, enhancing surgical precision and safety.

Shreya Paliwal's design journey began in October 2020, culminating in the final version of the Easynav Infinity in February 2022 after three iterations and rigorous testing. The design process involved extensive qualitative research, feedback from medical experts, and overcoming challenges in creating a cost-effective, premium surgical navigation system without using plastics.

Her innovative Easynav Infinity has been recognized with the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2022, underscoring its practicality, innovation, and positive impact on the medical industry.
