Modern Office Design "Simplicity" by Li Min Chen

Renowned designer Li Min Chen has unveiled the award-winning modern office design project "Simplicity" in Taichung, Taiwan. The project, completed on 29th November 2019, redefines office spaces with a focus on clean lines, open visual effects, and modern craftsmanship.

The 410-square-meter property features a large area of clean white foundation with the combination of glass and iron pieces, creating a simplified and open visual effect. The design also incorporates LED light strips to segment space via light sources, enhancing the modern aesthetic.

A significant highlight within the space is the spiral staircase, designed as a connection between the top and bottom offices. The staircase, designed with an arc elegant line, balances the masculinity of the space and acts as an installation art that stands tall within the domain.

Li Min Chen's "Simplicity" design project challenges traditional office spaces by eliminating closed partitions, allowing for open and smooth emotional circulation. The design successfully fuses nature with the spatial sentiment, guiding in sunlight and natural greenness from outdoors.

The project was recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in 2020, acknowledging its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements. Li Min Chen's "Simplicity" stands as a testament to the fusion of industry best practices, competent technical characteristics, and a commitment to creating a better world.
