The "Dream Studio" integrates various functions, including reception, work, meetings, coffee breaks, reading, and socializing, fostering a sense of community within a suitable scale. Wayne Chen's Leading River Interior Design has been recognized for its innovative approach, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2023.
