Beto Magalhaes Introduces Cube XL, a Revolutionary Housing Concept in Sao Paulo
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Beto Magalhaes introduces Cube XL, a modern proposal for larger homes in the heavily wooded neighborhoods of Sao Paulo. The project aims to incorporate a modern design, innovation, and safety while preserving existing trees and valuing the environment.
With a focus on standardization and building solutions, the Cube XL project is designed to adapt to geographical conditions and tree existence, making it viable for small, restricted lands in urban areas. The innovative construction model, Open Space Design, allows for adaptable internal spaces and full access control through a smartphone app.
The Cube XL project, a variation of the Cube project, seeks to reduce costs, increase quality, and exploit constrained land, with house sizes ranging from 250 to 400 square meters. The project is a collaborative effort involving EKO Realty, MSPM Arquitetura & Design, and notable team members.
