Eco-Friendly Reception Center Infused with Cultural Art Values
Ego Design Studio introduces a reception center that embodies sustainable and cultural art values, featuring a crisscross axis layout connecting various spaces. The design integrates eco-friendly materials and art coatings, aligning with global environmental protection principles.
The 90 square meter project showcases the use of three types of art coatings popular for green buildings, ensuring formaldehyde-free and minimal VOC content. The space includes a semi-private discussion area segmented by an iron-piece screen, offering a refreshing and dignified ambiance.
Chien-Neng Chang and Yu-Ying Sun, the designers behind the project, overcame creative and technical challenges to replace traditional materials with environmentally conscious alternatives, achieving a harmonious blend of cultural aesthetics and sustainability.
