Greenland Group Zhenshui Town Sales Center

DAS Design Co.,Ltd proudly unveils the Greenland Group Zhenshui Town Sales Center, a stunning testament to Oriental aesthetics and regional culture. Located in Quliang, Zhengzhou, this 5200 sqm space embodies the magnificence of the Central Plains, enriching emotional experiences from the perspectives of five senses. The project, realized from 2017 to 2019, integrates traditional elements such as mortice and tenon joint, screen, and grille, creating a space full of historic and cultural significance.

The spatial structure of the sales center extracts the elements of Chinese Mortise-Tenon, deconstructs and reorganizes the house from the carrier of residence, and presents it in a contemporary way. The towering screens in the negotiation area divide the space, ensuring privacy and creating a varying and elegant space. The design team, led by DAS Design Co.,Ltd, overcame the challenge of controlling the overall spatial scale by experimenting with interior space models and building a partial sample room on-site to achieve the best spatial effects.
