Virg Casa Headquarters Renovation

Renovated from an old building, the Virg Casa Headquarters in Foshan, China, is a four-storey project covering an area of 4,000 sqm. The design concept, "Home of the Future," integrates the brand's Italian DNA with Oriental artistic conception, creating a unique HQ image for the world-class brand.

Through fusion of art and technology, the design injects vitality into products and evokes visitors' imagination with an open spatial form. The headquarters serves multiple purposes, integrating exhibition space, workplace, and corporate culture display space.

Utilizing Foshan's unique advantage in the research and development of new materials, the project incorporates modern and new building materials such as stainless steel, acrylic glass, artistic cement paint, cement brick, and ceramic plate. The design also features imported products from Italian brands, including Ferrari, characterized by a coordinated combination of materials, hues, and furnishings.

The interior space follows an open architectural design, with functional areas freely arranged alongside axes, extending the line of sight. The project was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in 2020 for its outstanding and trendsetting design, reflecting the designer's prodigy and wisdom.
