Discover the Innovative Design Concept by Tianying Li
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Located in Qiqihar, China, Beiguanli is a groundbreaking small business community project covering an area of 10,000 square meters. The design, spearheaded by Tianying Li, is a fusion of monomer building envelopes, creating a natural flow and offering diverse possibilities for city life. The project aims to integrate internal and external spaces, promoting a sense of place and public sharing.
The innovative design is a result of a collaboration between Tianying Li and the Harbin Institute of Technology Architectural Design Research Institute First Architectural Design Branch. The community is strategically positioned adjacent to the labor lake, emphasizing mixed development and cultural diversity.
Utilizing contemporary architecture and multi-level inner courtyards, Beiguanli aims to give the city a unique character, creating a comfortable and participatory environment. The project, officially launched in April 2022, has garnered attention for its exceptional approach to urban design and community development.
Tianying Li's design philosophy is evident in Beiguanli, where the careful balance of soft and hard materials, along with ample natural light, creates a dynamic and vibrant space. The project's cold gray tone and minimalist aesthetic reflect a deliberate effort to filter out irrelevant elements, resulting in a space that exudes tranquility and vitality.
Engaged in architectural space design, Tianying Li has consistently pursued excellence and innovation. His commitment to realizing clients' dreams has led to the founding of Harbin Post-Decoration Design Co., Ltd. in 2017 and, more recently, Shenzhen Tianyu Architectural Space Design Consultancy Co., Ltd. in early 2022. Tianying Li's remarkable achievements have been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in Architecture, Building, and Structure Design in 2023.
